LGD chose “An Intimate Affair” as the property’s core statement; it offers a discreet retreat with easy access to the island’s clubs, shops and colorful lifestyle.
Duotone color treatment evokes classic Blue Note jazz artwork; black type bands and a day-glo tagline add the requisite splash of chic.
Z Ocean took a chance by letting LGD cover the eyes of all models, rendering them anonymous. In a world of see-and-be-seen, the more provocative statement is, “See,
but remain unseen” - playing on both the hotel’s intimate spirit and pure South Beach voyeurism.
