Len Dugow, President Chief Creative Officer, honed his craft decades ago in Manhattan. Beginning in the early 1990s, Dugow developed an acknowledged expertise in the marketing of destination resorts, hotels, travel, entertainment and high-end residential projects for the country’s most prominent developers.
Two decades on, LGD boasts a diverse client base ranging from local businesses to global brands in a variety of industries. All benefit from LGD’s strategic, creative solutions that place an emphasis on cohesive, multi-channel branding across all media platforms, from traditional to digital/interactive and social.
Chief Operating Officer
Nancy joined LGD in early 2013 to manage day-to-day operations. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Miami, she began her career in advertising as a copywriter.
Later roles as creative director and director of creative services prepared her for executive positions with some of South Florida’s largest employers including The Miami Herald, AutoNation and Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center.
Director of Account Services
Andrew’s career in advertising branding spans 27 years in both London and Miami. His career has focused on the disciplines of Marketing, Account Services, Production and Project Management.
Clients have included major concert theatre venues in London and New York, Mercedes-Benz, Mini Cooper, Sirius Satellite Radio, Bacardi, Molson Beer, Boca Raton Resort Club, Couples Resorts, and many luxury hotel and condominium developments throughout South Florida, the Caribbean and Dubai. Andrew is also a published author and photographer.
Director of Interactive Services
Matthew was born into the industry of marketing communications and spent his summer vacations trying on every hat within his father’s agency.
After college, he came aboard full-time to pursue a personal passion for interactive advertising and social media.
The next generation of LGD leadership, Matthew knows Gen Y and the art (and power) of social marketing.
Kaile grew up in Hawaii and moved to South Florida for comparable weather and more opportunity within the film industry, joining LGD when headquarters migrated from NYC to Miami. Hard working and multi-talented, she has been instrumental in the agency’s growth and reputation for excellence ever since.
Originally hired as a producer, Kaile has taken on many and most agency roles, now focusing on key responsibilities of accounting and bookkeeping, human resources and systems management.
