Completed just in time for the market to tank, the gleaming, 60-story Marquis tower enjoys unobstructed views of all of Miami. Meanwhile, all of Miami enjoys an unobstructed view of Marquis.
LGD took advantage of both perspectives in a campaign that made use of the building’s high visibility while calling attention to the epic panoramas, the scale of the residences and the monumentality of the building itself. All in dramatic contrast to prices so miniscule (relatively speaking) that they actually made headlines…and not only in our ads.
