Life on the water is the extraordinary brand promise of Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences, Miami’s first new yacht club and residences project in over two decades.
LGD was hired to do it all from brand creation to brand awareness tailored to every media and every platform in multiple-languages.
The Marina Palms brand had been visible on the market for years as construction of its two towers and central private marina (Miami’s first in 20 years) progressed alongside Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami Beach. The North Tower had opened to positive reviews all around, and the South Tower, still under construction at the time, promised to be even grander in design.
With the South Tower opening just a few months away, LGD was asked to help spur sales of the last remaining units in the South Tower, now competing with North Tower units being flipped by investor buyers.
Noting the extensive list of upgraded amenities and features throughout the South Tower, it seemed to warrant its own brand. LGD proposed to relaunch the South Tower as a separate, but associated, entity. The better of the two towers.
The Reserve at Marina Palms is now its own brand. Offering a more exclusive, more lavish lifestyle than Marina Palms North Tower, with even better views, The Reserve is on the eve of redefining Life on the Water on its own terms.
