Clients bring their pre-construction real estate accounts to us because we’re excellent at bringing those properties to life before they’re actually built. Now, we have added state-of-the-art digital rendering to the list of services we offer.
Of particular interest to real estate developers, architects and interior designers, LGD’s visualization team can deliver exterior, interior and aerial 3D renderings, static or animated, of pre-construction projects at two pricing levels.
Intermediate: intended for quick turnaround to satisfy needs such investor presentations, city approvals, etc., in the early stages of a project.
Final: photorealistic depictions of the development in context, with or without people.
All LGD visualization services are available à la carte, or as part of a contracted service package tailored to each individual project. As always, preferential pricing is extended to clients engaging LGD as Agency of Record.
While LGD visualization services are contracted and managed out our home office in the Miami Design District, our visualization team works out of three international time zones for round-the-clock activity and much faster turn-around.
