Miami Marketing Agency Launches Latest “Brand New Idea”
MIAMI, FL – APRIL 26, 2012 – Just in time for the upcoming 2012 Volvo Ocean Race’s Miami stopover, LGD COMMUNICATIONS, a Miami-based full-service, branding and Miami marketing agency, has launched a new Livestream view of downtown Miami with client Marquis Residences and interior design firm Artefacto.
Situated 63 stories above Biscayne Bay in the still-available penthouse unit of Marquis Residences, the new video feed shows 180-degree panoramic bay views, the Port and downtown Miami; from the American Airlines Arena and Biscayne Boulevard to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
“Our Livestream camera will allow our audience to partake in all the in-port action of the Volvo Ocean Race’s Miami stopover, from the comfort of their homes,” said Lori Ordover, managing member of the Ordover Group, consultants to Marquis Residences developer AFI-USA. “The ethos at Marquis Residences is centered on innovation and this venture further testifies to our penchant for excellence.”
According to LGD’s President & Chief Creative Officer Len Dugow, the new camera is unlike anything downtown Miami has seen before.
“Marquis Residences has breathtaking views of downtown Miami and Miami Beach,” said Dugow, “and in a time that is so very influenced by pictures, videos, and live event coverage, this new camera is going to be a great selling tool for the building. The views really speak for themselves,” he added.
LGD has also completely integrated the video feed across all facets of where Marquis Residences can be found online. Viewers can find the feed on the branded Marquis Residences social media channels, website and a branded Livestream page.
“We now have the ability to show potential buyers from all over the world exactly what they could be looking at, if they owned a unit in the building,” said Dugow. “That’s something you could never describe to someone or effectively show in a still photograph,” he added.
The Miami advertising agency is also planning social media contests and regular event coverage of happenings in and around Marquis Residences, including the Volvo Ocean Race, Memorial Day events in downtown Miami, and other events viewable from the building.
“Marketing real estate today has dramatically changed,” said Dugow. “Buyers are no longer strolling past development sites, but are instead online searching for real estate opportunities all around the world. LGD is on the forefront of putting clients like Marquis Residences in front of the eyes of these potential buyers.”
