Last month, an all-star klatch of local real estate brokers ascended to the penthouse level at the 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach for an informal panel discussion, led by Matthew Dugow, Director of Interactive Services at LGD. Up for discussion was the changing role of social media in real estate sales.
The 40-plus industry professionals in attendance were easily accommodated in Penthouse 1610, a duplex with a price of $20 million. All enjoyed the ocean views and light catering as panelists Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman, Coldwell Banker’s Danny Hertzberg and Alyssa Morgan Jansheski, and the Montiel Organization’s Orlando Montiel, discussed a range of topics from fake news to pricing tactics, and to how to build your personal and professional brand through social media.
