The readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine chose The Shore Club on Long Bay Beach in the Turks & Caicos Islands as the Number One Resort in the Caribbean for 2019. Meanwhile, The Hartling Group, which owns and operates The Shore Club, has chosen LGD to develop branding and marketing for the resort’s ultra-high-end oceanfront Estate Villas.

The resort is located on the three-mile-long sweep of white sand known as Long Bay Beach, The Shore Club offers a more serene, more intimate guest experience than the resorts along the island’s better-known Grace Bay Beach, where The Hartling Group owns two other highly regarded properties. In fact, it is common to hear people who know the island well say that Long Bay is reminiscent of Grace Bay, twenty years ago.

Changing Perspectives Reveals the Position

Developer, hotelier and visionary, Stan Hartling has built The Shore Club to a superlative standard of luxury that reaches its most elevated expression in the resort’s unrivaled oceanfront villas. Priced at $10,000 plus a night, the Estate Villas are targeted at a particular clientele that LGD knows very well.

Additional work for the Shore Club and for The Palms, Hartling’s revered resort on Grace Bay, is currently in development at LGD.
