LGD has teamed up with Dubai advertising agency RUYA to offer services to the Middle East– and Beyond
LGD Communications, South Florida’s leading luxury residential real estate advertising agency, is proud to announce a partnership with Dubai-based real estate marketing agency RUYA. As LGD/RUYA, the two firms are joining forces to leverage their respective market expertise, combined international resources and cumulative knowledge of marketing real estate to the affluent, worldwide.
LGD is owned and operated by Len Dugow, whose name is most often associated with the marketing of high-end residential real estate in the Miami area, Manhattan and beyond. Dugow first came to South Florida in the late 1990s, when his Manhattan-based agency was hired by The Related Group of Florida to handle the advertising and marketing of their first condominium development, Portofino Tower.
Dugow’s edgy campaign for the iconic SoFi skyscraper transformed the way luxury residential real estate was, and today is, marketed. The work also initiated a shift in the agency’s focus, and eventually its corporate offices– from New York to Miami.

RUYA/LGD is proud to announce its first development project as agency of record for the Sanjay Kakade Group (SKG), and has begun work on the developer’s Kalyani Nagar project in Pune, India.
